jhd Architects is a successful Kent architecture firm. We specialise in modern architecture for private residential clients in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Greater London. Our projects include contemporary new house design, traditional and listed building extensions, alterations, basement design, swimming pools and outdoor living spaces. We also design leisure and healthcare buildings, including nursing and care homes, and have particular experience of design for dementia and disabled access. We believe we are one of very few Kent architects using 3D design technology to its fullest extent, not only to produce 3D models for clients to ‘walk around’ before the first brick is laid, but also to speed up construction, improve cost control and minimise costly mistakes on-site.
